「My portable battery (power bank) was removed from the room!! It was removed on the day before my last stay and I could not report to the police. The service was not good either. I asked for the hair dryer upon arrival on the first day and I had to keep asking 7 times and I finally got it at the front desk next day. Is it so difficult for 4star hotel?? 」

「Very spacious room, great team of people. Very helpful in setting up a guide for Carthage. The breakfasts were amazing! Thank you for a great stay in Tunis.」

「Hotel very nice. Has 2 indoor pools. AC was cold. Clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. Nice location. Was able to park right outside. Best part were all employees very nice and helpful.」

「This hotel was ideal for me because of the good access to the center village of Sidi Vou Said and Cartage. I found many nice restaurants and café very close to this hotel. All staff members were friendly and attentive. Their restaurant was not busy but the quality of foods was good. It was located within thirty-minute perimeter of tax ride of the international airport. 」

「Dar Souad was the best place any traveler could choose when entering Tunisia. They’re so friendly, accommodating, kind, and considerate. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the entire space is cozy, and the food is delicious.」

「Very well decorated rooms and good breakfast.」
