A wonderful resort right by the sea, and not overly crowded during Easter. Clean and spacious rooms. Exceptionally accommodating and extremely friendly staff who make everything possible. Simply and absolutely highly recommended!

I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Sihem at the reception – professional, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. She truly embodies the spirit of five-star service. A special thank you as well to Adel, the Chief Concierge, whose deep knowledge, generosity, and kindness made our experience even more memorable. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local tips, or last-minute arrangements, Adel handled everything with elegance and efficiency. The entire team at the Mövenpick made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The beauty was marvelous!!! The stars were so clear in the sky and the sound of the ocean brought great relaxation. The hotel staff was incredible! We were there celebrating my husbands birthday and they each celebrated him with an act of kindness - whether it was birthday cake or a glass of wine or just very kind words. Also, our luggage didn’t come when we landed and the manager and front desk staff ensured that we went to the right stores and that we received funds that were being sent to us. I want to come back to this place annually!!

Hotel was located in a good place. I'm quite upset with the hotel management because I had to change my flight and preponed it by one day. So I asked hotel to refund the 1 day that I am not staying, and they rejected (saying that I booked a nonrefundable room). Yes I did thinking I will not have to change my date. This was a business trip and I had emergency, plus in this environment, changes can be done. In the end hotel took money for 1 day that I did not stay. I travel globally and never faced this kind of unprofessinalism before. So be careful when you book a room in this hotel, in case you might need to change (and if you booked a nonrefundable room) no way you will get your money.
