The Accommodation

This house used to be a hotel. It is located in VIRA-Gambarogno, a typical village in the canton of TICINO, with private access to Lake Maggiore.
Our apartment is on the first floor along the main street and has a French balcony.
There is increased through traffic in the morning and evening (when commuters travel to and from work).
The studio features a large sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), a kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator), a DELIZIO espresso machine (capsules available at Migros, Denner, Fust, or Lidl), and a large bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
ATTENTION:
Cleaning: The kitchen is not included in the price of the final cleaning. Guests must leave the kitchen clean and tidy, and the refrigerator must be unplugged, defrosted, cleaned, and left open. Otherwise, cleaning costs will be charged based on the time and effort required.
Please remove the bed linens at the end of your stay.

Additional important information
There are 12 free parking spaces belonging to Haus ViraLago. However, they cannot be reserved; they are available on a “first come, first served” basis. There are paid parking spaces in the surrounding area; they are free at night. Parking spaces in the parking garage are available by reservation for CHF 12.50 per day. Discounts are available for long-term rentals.

The VIRA-PAESE (Gambarogno) bus stop is right next to the house.
