    "La Perla" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spread across 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment features a north-west facing position, offering panoramic views of the lake, the mountains, and the valley, and is characterized throughout by spacious, bright interiors, partly with sloping ceilings, and a combination of parquet and natural stone floors.

    On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to a mezzanine area with direct access to the patio and the swimming pool. This level also includes a mezzanine with shower and WC. The main living area presents an open-plan living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, with access to a 12 m2 balcony furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs. A large, fully equipped kitchen adjoins this space and features its own dining table. On the upper floor, a mezzanine hosts 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a second mezzanine with shower and WC.
