The property was undergoing some renovation. The elevators were new and going through some growing pains. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about the Westin Cincinnati.

The hotel was nice, the staff was nice but the pool looked like the Ohio river. We called to discuss it with a manager and were told we should have said something at checkout. It was my plan to mention it and show the staff the pictures of it. But the employee was helping some o e else and I had to get to an appointment. So I called as soon as I could. I don’t think the manager handled it properly
