"The resort is fairly new, the reception is gorgeous (and a great respite from the heat outside), accommodation is excellent, sadly cleanliness was poor and the food at the main restaurant was really really poor, both quantity/variety-wise and quality of the ingredients / cooking. Totally spoils the stay. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul"

Room virtually on the beach. Pools all very clean and excellent service at pool bars.
Restaurant buffet food good quality and lots of choice our only qualm would be the lack of availability in the speciality restaurants unless you plan ahead - we didn't eat at a speciality restaurant. Excellent service in buffet.

Only disappointment was sun bed availability - there weren’t enough and unfortunately people reserved them before 7:30 despite signs saying this was not permitted. The only beds available had no parasol which rendered them unusable in the Greek summer heat. "

"The pictures advertised on expedia.com were a lot different than reality. Bunk bed was not safe and our kids could not use it. Room quality, furniture etc were far from what we had seen on pictures"
"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "First-class in all respects. The property is beautifully designed and maintained to a very high standard. The staff are all delightful and very well trained. It’s a quiet location and very spacious.
