All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . 「Excellent place to stay, particularly for families with young kids. We're all grown up but it was still really good. Suitable for disabled people. The private beach is such a flex as well, and it felt very safe. The food was decent considering they're cooking at scale 24/7. There is entertainment during the day and at night including live music. Being a resort, it felt a little insular as I guess many guests don't really leave the place because they have everything there, like a mini-town. But...

「We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!」

「Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....

「Nice, cosy pool area! We really enjoyed our stay. Little bit far from the town, but we had a rental car for the whole week, so that didn’t matter us. Super nice sandy beach nearby, crystal clear wather, good for snorkeling (lot on fish near beakwater). Basic breakfast and very good food at the restaurant/bar. Areas best frappes! Great staff! If you want to go sleep early (before midnight) it’s better to use earplugs, cause music from the bar reach the room. Thanks a lot!」

「Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay...
