We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times."

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping."
