「The elevator was not working for a couple of days. Our bathroom tub did not drain very well, Other than that, our stay went well.」

「Clean and friendly」

「This is the 3rd time that the elevator hasn't been working in a 4 story hotel. Twice before, they notified me before I got there & I was able to book elsewhere. This time I found out when I arrived. They offered to cancel without penalty but that would have meant trying to find another hotel for 3 nights so I stayed. They put me on the 3rd floor & I use a cane. They did carry my bags up. 「Everything was excellent. For the price and amenities it was a bargain and I would definitely stay here again in the future.」

It's probably a coincidence, but it's a good hotel except for the dog's hair falling out.」
