"Pool was clean. Nice area for sitting. Rooms were so comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Place is quiet, comfortable and met our needs. I will say it was much better than we expected. Property is away from the noise of downtown Moalboal which suited us perfectly. We rented a scooter for the duration and were easily able to access all the the restaurants, bars and shopping. Thanks to the owners Nick, Raquel and your wonderful staff for a fantastic experience. "Excellent sized room and bathroom. Very clean. Organised airport transfers for me. You can even organise canyoneering and Oslob tours with them. Very short walk to the sardine beach and heaps of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were fantastic!"

"Beautiful place. Spacious rooms. Great views of ocean and sunset from upper floors. Unfortunately most people come to Panagsama for the nightlife and they are located 1 mile outside town. You can get a ride back to hotel but there is no one around to give you a ride in to town 20 minute walk. Country setting, next to properties with roosters and dogs. There is crowing and barking 23 hours/day."

"Very decent hotel with a nice breakfast and clean rooms. 90 seconds walk to the private beach/swimming pool. The only minor negatives were tiny sachets of shampoo and fair water pressure, although there was plenty of hot water. Overall, very good value for money in a superb location."
