Beautiful updated 3-bedroom 2-full bathroom residential house located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville Ga. Stylish finishes, fun entertainment for a whole family includes foosball table, basketball play and Race Out arcade machine. In the office area there is a twin day bed with trundle that can sleep two guests. Newly built deck with furniture that overlooks woods and possibly small animals like squirrels and deer. Wooden secluded location gives a very nice privacy. Only 7 miles to Road Atlanta. Enjoy!

Extremely clean, easy access and a gem. We enjoyed our stay very much! The bed was comfortable and a nice touch with the private patio with hot tub. You forget your in the city!

Property was as represented. Close to Road Atlanta, which was important for us. All issues we had were promptly addressed by the host. Plan to buy ice if you want any for beverages. No ice maker & no ice trays. Other than that, kitchen was well stocked.

Clean but Old Property
Not enough bathrooms with no mirrors in the bedrooms, so it made getting ready difficult for the ladies. While I could tell that the property is cleaned pretty well, the garage was very musty, wet, and smelled like cat urine.The dumpster trash can in the garage has never been cleaned and wreaks. The house had gnats and large ants in it, though not many of the ants. We killed 3 or so during our stay. Basketball game doesn’t work, electronics don’t track score. Bathroom toilet in common area is loose, not bolted firmly to ground. The kitchen sink faucet is loose. The drive way is not well lit, flooded at the lowest point, and the property is, in general, a muddy, buggy mess.

Very nice stay, one niggle.
Communication with the Manager was EXCELLENT! She was quick to respond to every question, very much appreciated. Property was as described and very nice. Beds were comfortable too. Driveway is quite steep and there is little room to turn around if you have 2 or more vehicles of any size in your party as I did. Nothing can be done about this, just something to bear in mind. The only negative was with the electronic basketball and driving games. I was going to entertain my 3 year old Grandson with these but they were not working properly - bummer but not a major thing. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

Great Location
The property was just as advertised. Secluded and close to the Race track. Access to the garage space was a bonus to safely secure our motorcycles for the event. Property was organized and clean.

Very responsive
We had an issue with AC when we first arrived and Monika was very responsive to my messages and stopped by to resolve our issue. We loved that it was all one level as we had 2 little ones. The house is located in a nice subdivision and was about a 10 minute drive to town.
