A fully equipped and fully furnished 3000 square foot house just minutes from Lake Lanier. Large backyard with built in barbecue to entertain guests in the summer. 3 fully furnished bedrooms with linens and 2.5 bathrooms with all needed toiletries. A Washer and Dryer allows guests to stay longer with cleaning supplies provided. Wifi, spectrum tv, electricity, water, heat and gas all included.
Minutes from Thompson Bridge, Lake Lanier Park and Tennis Courts, Marina, Kroger, Publix and many other perks of the area. Come enjoy a quiet get away in Gainesville, GA. You will be highly satisfied.
