Welcome to your dream vacation home! With a 2 minute walk to the lake, nestled in a secluded area, & a 2-mile drive to town, this spot offers the perfect blend of relaxation & adventure for the ultimate retreat. Unwind by the hot tub, indulge in a good book, or spend quality family time with one of the many games available. Guests can also enjoy a private dock with paddle boards & kayaks, and nearby parks offer a variety of activities. This isn't just a place to stay; it's a dream destination!

- Access to our dock is restricted by a pipe - anything taller than a pontoon+bimini up, won't fit
- There is a public ramp a mile from our dock
- Life vests are required when using the paddle boards or kayaks. Life vests are provided.
- Margaritaville is about 30-35 minutes away by boat
- Pelican Pete's is about 15 minutes by boat
- This is Georgia - please don't be alarmed by the occasional ant, frog, lizard, spider or other wildlife
- Deer can be spotted almost every evening on the property
