「Relaxed in the cozy upstairs apartment and swam in the warm lake. Just the best little getaway. 」

「Birdsong is an adorable cottage & perfect place for me to stay while in town for several weeks. We were lucky that the flowers on the property were blooming so it was extra pretty! The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! Marywinn was wonderful and easy to deal with, quick to communicate and I highly recommend her property if you're staying in Shelby! 」

「After the hurricane, there were not many places in the county that had electricity, but this home did. It was a blessing for our family to be able to live and work here for a week. The house was clean and very comfortable and the host was very easy to work with. Highly recommended for someone visiting the area or needing a place to stay while home is unavailable. 」

「Great little house on a quiet street not far from the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Will probably be my go to for the horse shows. 」

「The place (Boo Boo’s Cabin) was clean, comfortable and cute. However, the two sofas need to be changed. The leather-like couch has pieces sticking up all over. We sat on it with a blanket that was provided. The smaller cloth one was very stained and is in need of new cushions. That is the only reason I gave a four star rating. The owner answered promptly when there was a small problem with the doorknob. It was fixed promptly. We would book it again in the future. 」

「Very nice and beautifully appointed. Viewing platform was awesome. Driveway was very steep and a little tricky for our big truck. But at top, there was plenty of room to turn around.」
