「This large and lovely home is situated in a serene upscale neighborhood north of Nanaimo proper. My girlfriends and I rented two rooms. Both rooms had spectacular, unobstructed views. Charles, the owner/manager, was a delight. Some beautiful beach walks are only a five-minute drive away, but would not be easy for 70 y.o. knees to walk to due to the steepness of the road up the house. Also, come prepared with any snacks, as there are no convenience stores nearby. We would definitely visit again.」

「The host was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the iron room and it was great for what we needed. The host made us a customized breakfast. It was clean and was within walking distance to the Doc Lewis park where the festival was located. There is a beach and a walking trail located directly in front of the home. I would stay here again. 」

「Authentic farmhouse, attention to detail, very private, so relaxing, surrounded by nature, incredible 2-course breakfast, chef prepared fresh food and just out of the oven baking, you were encouraged to take leftovers with you. But most of all the hostess (Kelly) genuinely wanted each guest to have an amazing experience- she greeted each guest going well above and beyond by giving me an air cast for my injured ankle.
