"Fui por trabajo a Bogotá, pero hice la reservación acá en expedía y necesitaba que me facturaran con datos de la empresa y no pudieron hacerlo ni en el hotel ni acá. En el hotel me indicaron que como la reservación fue hecha a través de expedía debía solicitarlo acá. Al solicitarlo acá, me dicen que expedía no está obligado a emitir facturas tributarias, solo me emitieron una especie de recibo. Entonces nadie en ayudó."

"The hotel was immaculate, staff were extremely helpful, and the restaurant was delicious, as was the breakfast buffet. I wasn't aware that the main streets in Bogota are driveable by car, but the cross street the hotel is on is not accessible, so you need to walk a few hundred feet, which was fine, just good to know. The other thing as an American was that I reserved a room with two twin beds through this site (Hotels.com). When I check in, I confirmed the room would have two beds (in Spanish), as I was traveling with a friend. When the bellman opened the room, there was one king size bed. I questioned it, and was told that in Columbia, when you ask for two beds, they put them together in this fashion. lol! I clarified that I'd selected the option and photo with two separate beds, and they quickly changed rooms, so everything was well. I highly recommend the restaurant, although you must ask directions within the hotel to find it, as the property is quite spacious and rambling. Worth the walk though!"

"I stayed in the presidential suite and I loved everything about it. The staff were pleasant/helpful, the room was extremely clean, and the views were immaculate! Only thing I would suggest is better food options for the happy hour in the executive lounge and breakfast buffet. Will be back soon!"
