It's an apartment with 3 bedrooms with very very small living area. You can't even walk together or walk opposite direction. You need to wait someone walk pass first then you can walk. "Decent room for price, easy procedure to check in and out. No TV or anything but didn’t care as it was used mainly as sleeping quarters.
