"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "This is a truly unique hotel, transformed from an old house and surrounded by various shops that add to the street’s historic charm. We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. The staff were always polite...

"Hôtel is very well located, near to the JR Kanazawa Station, many shopping and eateries nearby. The hotel has a special touch by offering in-house guests « happy hour » from 11am - 8pm. The amenities offered at lobby was sufficient but not as extensive as some other hotels I have been in Japan. The room I stayed in was super spacious and well equipped for 2 persons. "
