"I had a great stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and flexible and was also ready to help. The only thing I want to mention is that I would smell a sewage smell in the bathroom after housekeeping cleaned the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was the cleaning solution or cleaning materials used or if it was something else. It was something I noticed and wanted to share with you. "This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a lot of options for breakfast and it was very close to shops, bus stops and train stations. I booked a quad room so me and my 2 friends had extra room. Beds were nice, pillows were a bit hard tho."

"This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station."
