As you step inside, you’re welcomed into a beautifully renovated apartment finished to the highest standard, where modern design meets elegant black accents. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa area with a Smart TV to your left, while the dining area offers stunning views over Fuengirola’s western skyline—perfect for relaxed meals or evening drinks.



To the right of the entrance, you’ll find a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cooler, double fridge and freezer, toaster, and more.



The apartment also boasts a lovely terrace overlooking Jacinto Benavente and the city—an ideal spot to unwind.



Upstairs, a private rooftop oasis awaits, complete with your own pool, a spacious terrace, outdoor dining area, and a BroilKing barbecue. For added convenience, there is also a small kitchen with a dishwasher on this level. This floor includes a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a cozy sleeping alcove with a sofa bed and a curtain for privacy.



Downstairs, you’ll find two additional double bedrooms, along with a workspace and another Smart TV.



The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, offering air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, Sonos sound system, washing machine, dishwasher, and much more—everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing holiday.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Guest Access:

Entrance to the urbanization from the street.

Depending on your arrival time and our availability, we will be happy to welcome you in person at the property and hand over the keys. If that is not possible, you can conveniently collect the keys from our office in Fuengirola.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
