「Pros: As this was the first time I had booked accommodation via a holiday web site I was hesitant about things but from the instant I made the initial enquiries the service provided by Helen could not have been better. Her replies to my questions were instant which means a lot when trying to decide were to stay and without a doubt it was because of this I proceeded with the booking.
