"Not only does the hotel itself sparkle, but the onsen experience is superb. There is a serious attempt to keep the dignity of the experience, plus the post-bath snack and midnight noodles are delightful Asian traditions. It was close enough to walk to the Osaka station and the tourist bus meet-up places for our tours. It is close to excellent restaurants and shopping. It is a livewire area of Osaka but an oasis in the midst of frenetic activity. We loved it and have booked other hotels in the chain."

"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."

"Check in was troublesome as I need to key many details as these details were already in my booking. Check out was very easy as we just input the keys into the slot."

"The location of this hotel is the best, it close to everything in Namba. My only problem was the sheet’s thread counts, sleep is very hard for me so the last thing I need is a low thread count bed sheet but otherwise it’s was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Thank Hotel Nikko will be back again."
