「We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!」

「The property is set in a stunning setting, opposite Blencathra, in a really quiet location. Unfortunately, however, the cottage has a rodent problem. Each morning we'd find mouse droppings underneath the fridge, on window ledges and by the sink. On leaving we also discovered mice had chewed through one of our bags.」

「Brilliant little property right in the heart of the Lakes, just off the A593 at Skelwith Bridge so very well located as a base to explore. On a quiet little estate of lodges and apartments, there's even a swimming pool (although we didn't use it, good to know it's there!) Very clean property and comfortable beds. 「So happy we found this place, it was perfect. We are a family of 6, youngest being 19. The living space was huge with plenty of seating for us all. Bonus having the TV for the evening.
