「Ashley is always super helpful…just as if he were your family member. This hotel building is charming but does not have a lift. However you don’t have to carry your bag. The staff carry it right away without demanding any tip. Sorry I am from a country of no tips so I totally forgot to leave tips.
This hotel is located within walking distance from/to the Shipley Station and Salts area and in front of a nice little park.
Everyone especially Ashley give you such an uplifting encouragement. A...

「The location and room layout were absolutely excellent. We also loved the lounge / kitchen area downstairs.
There were just a few things that need a bit of work. For example there was no coffee machine or even cafetiere coffee. Also the washing washing didn't work properly - and supplies of things like toilet tissue were stingy.
But overall it was a great place!」
