「My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. 「We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. 「This is the second time we have stayed at Sunsuites. The rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. Although there was a really good band playing at the resort next door, we never heard them in our room. The unit is close to the beach and all the other amenities at Fripp.」

「We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. 「This was our first stay at this home, but we are looking forward to future visits! It is well stocked with all the comforts of home, and the spaces and furnishings were fresh, bright, and welcoming. We loved the location, tucked away from the bustle of Tarpon. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and graciously accommodating. We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and after 20 years of visiting Fripp, this home has made the list of places that we would love to visit again.」

「Gina was a wonderful host and answered all our questions promptly. The property is as described, clean, bright, and very nicely updated.
