Alles Sauber und ordentlich nur leider hatte ich für 3 Erwachsene gebucht da war das Etagenbett nicht gerade das richtige für ein 50Jahre alten MannAber ansonsten alles sehr tierfreundichWürde es jeder Zeit wieder buchen

Schön gelegenes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung Roseneck liegt mitten in Feldern am Deich, in der Nähe der Seehundstation. Von hier kann man sofort los zum Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps auf Lager. Auf dem Grundstück sind viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht vorhanden.

FeWo geht so

Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief einwandfrei. Der Vermieter und der Hausmeister waren freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen zur Umgebung und Co. Da wir den Whirlpool nicht nutzen wollten (im Preis enthalten), haben wir ohne Nachfrage das Geld zurück bekommen- top! Als wir die FeWo bezogen haben, wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wasser begrüßt und auf den bezogenen Betten lag für jeden eine kleine Süßigkeit- das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Die FeWo selber war leider altbacken und zusammengewürfelt, die Küche wirkte recht ramponiert und das Badezimmer leider unsauber. Daher nur 2 Sterne. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, die Umgebung ruhig und erholsam.

Rundum reicht es.

Frisch saniert stellen wir uns anders vor, Preis/Leistung aber ok. Hier werden nur kosten versteckt. Nach Buchung sind Handtücher, Whirlpool und Bettdecken plötzlich kostenpflichtig. So wird der Preis/Nacht niedrig gehalten.

Küstennatur, Deichwind, Watt - und eine schöne Unterkunft :-)

Tolle Lage am Deich (ich stehe auf Schafgeblöke, ehrlich :-)) - Schöne Wohnung, zweckmäßig, gemütlich, ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Minigolf, Strand.
