The house is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house, and at the rear of the building, there is a terrace and lawn. The lawn is completely enclosed by a hedge, providing privacy and wind protection.

Electric/hybrid vehicles may not be charged using the house's electricity.
