This holiday flat is located approx. 200 metres behind the dyke section of the main beach of Friedrichskoog Spitze in a side street with its own parking space and meadow.
The 55 m² large and comfortably furnished holiday flat is located on the first and first floor. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC as well as a kitchen with living/dining area and a pull-out table. There will be a new corner sofa in the living area from the beginning of May 2017. The bedroom will have a new bed (160 x 200) with two single slatted frames and new mattresses from January 2016. There is also a living and sleeping area on the first floor under the roof with two further sleeping options. There is a PC here on which you can install your own games. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, hot water maker and egg cooker. TV, radio/ CD are available. All rooms are covered with laminate or tiles. The bathroom was completely renovated in February 2022 and a new washing machine located in a small room in the hallway can be used for a small fee. The flat is designed for four people. The furniture also includes a cot and a high chair as well as games and books. Since January 2017 there are new electric radiators on both floors. WLAN is available in the flat.
The cleaning fee must be paid to the landlord before arrival. The money cannot be deposited on site.
A south-facing balcony offers sun almost all day.
The area offers many leisure activities: In addition to extensive hiking and cycling tours, there is a playground in the immediate vicinity. The Wal Willi, a play park with unlimited possibilities, is extremely attractive for children in Friedrichskoog. Picturesque harbours are within easy reach (e.g. Husum and Büsum, from where you can take a ferry to Heligoland). The Dutch town of Friedrichsstadt is also worth a visit. Brunsbüttel, the Eiderstedt peninsula, Tönning, Heide - they all offer different sights. Fans of good food will enjoy the Op den Dijk restaurant in Neufeld or the Deichgraf less than 100 metres from the holiday flat.
Please note:
As part of the necessary dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be given a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to withstand the demands of climate change. The bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will NOT be usable during the entire construction period. Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel or Nordemeldorf can be used free of charge by spa card holders.
Work on the Kurpark has now been completed and there is now a new playground with climbing frames and play areas. A rest area with benches has also been built. This includes, for example, a widened dyke crown path, spacious terraces including a panorama box and a dyke and park grandstand with steps to sit on.
