Finsterbergen is a state-approved climatic health resort and a district of Friedrichroda. Friedrichroda is a small town in the Gotha district, located on the northern edge of the Thuringian Forest.
The "Erinnerung" holiday home, about 60 sqm, features a spacious living kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, and a small covered balcony. There is also a small covered terrace with a barbecue right in front of the house.
Ground floor:
- Large open living/dining area with tiled stove
- Kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle
- Small bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer
Upper floor:
- First bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a single bed (90x200), and a small covered balcony with seating
- Second bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
Note: A steep staircase leads to the upper floor. Heating: tiled stove, infrared heater, and electric wall heater in the bathroom.
The holiday home is a pleasant retreat for nature lovers and families. Shops, restaurants, and hiking trails are nearby and easily accessible. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra charge.
