"Had a great stay at The Fairmont. The hotel is in a really good location with great facilities. Having Nobu and Nikki Beach on site is a real bonus. It's a nice size hotel and with good size rooms and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. A faultless stay."
"I almost dropped a star for this reason, but changed my mind as the staff and cleanliness of the hotel made up for it. I was extremely frustrated that there was no way to get a hold of the hotel to arrange for shuttle service. The number we had didn't go through, no clear contact info on website, We called expedia and they seemed unable to help as well. One reason we picked this hotel was because we wanted the convenience of being near the airport and the shuttle as we were flying back to the states the next morning. We were exhausted from our delayed flight to Nice and then in addition to that it took almost an hour of trying different ways to reach the hotel. By then the sun had set and our one night we were excited about spending in Nice felt ruined. Our driver was very kind once we finally connected and explained they were having issues with their phone, so it may have been out of their control. The staff from drivers, to reception to waitstaff were all excellent and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The dinner was very good. We would stay there again, but maybe just get a cab from the airport next time. "

It’s central to lots of restaurants further along the beach and has a bus stop nearby that you can even get straight to the airport!"
