「Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via...

「We were so pleased with the condo. Our family and dog were comfortable and content with the lodging and pool/grounds. There was a snafu with one of the air conditioners and Megan was wonderful with communication and problem solving. We loved our time in the mountains and at the pool! This place has it all.」

「The place was very cute, well decorated, the kitchen had way more supplies stored under the sink than what was in the pictures, and the temperature/air flow was easy to adjust. We had a wonderful time using the fire pit outside, making s'mores, having a visit from the host's very friendly cat haha, and using the bathtub inside.
