This spacious 3 BR, 2 BA open concept home located in Echo Lake State Park sits in the heart of North Conway. You can relax by the big stone fireplace or enjoy the game room downstairs. You will be surrounded by Cathedral Ledge and Echo Lake and are close to the many ski resorts with Cranmore and Attitash only a few minutes away. You can shop till you drop since downtown is only minutes away! North Conway is truly magical with no shortage of hiking trails and nature's beauty.

Host was welcoming and communication was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was cozy. The arcade and air hockey set-up in the basement was a hit for the kids.The only challenge was the set-up with the entrance into the kitchen and lack of mudroom. During ski season it's challenging to keep clean with the salt, snow and sand that gets tracked into the house.However, we would stay again and enjoyed the stay.

This cozy, clean home had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was so well stocked, beds were comfy and cozy, so many puzzles and games, nice big table and Dawn answered all of our questions along the way! And it even had a beautiful Christmas tree! We loved that we could walk to Echo lake and drive to downtown N Conway in 5 min! We would love to rent again as this is one of our favorite areas in NH!

1-The location is practically right around the corner from downtown. 2-The house is wonderfully appointed and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly with plenty of thoughtful items and labeling in the kitchen. 3-Dawn was a wonderful host with timely information….and 4- This house is on the “let’s stay again” list. Nice place, very easy check in, super close to downtown North Conway and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Great place if traveling with pets, nice neighborhood to walk our dogs. I would definitely recommend this place to all. Dawn was a great host.

The house was wonderful and perfectly located for our event and hikes we took through echo lake and around Cathedral ledge. Neighborhood was perfectly quiet but not like you had to whisper. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen in years. It felt warm and welcoming, like staying with a family friend. Would happily return if they’d have us. Thank you Dawn for quick responses too! 10

This cabin was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and located near lots of fun attractions and the outlets. The instructions were very easy to follow, and the property manager was very responsive! We are already looking forward to booking again next summer for a longer stay!

AMAZING Spot!

The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Dawn is a wonderful host and got back right away to any of my messages! House is in the best location close to a number of things, plenty of room to spread out with the kids, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking especially with our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year!

Great location, super comfortable!

We had a great time staying at this home. We were a group of two families including two couples and five boys ages 10-18 and all had a great time. Of course the boys loved hanging out downstairs and playing all the games and even us parents played and had fun! We felt very comfortable spending time here and everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. We appreciated the fans and extra blankets for the in between weather of Spring in NH. This is such a great location for all the area attractions. Literally around the corner from Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s Baths. And so close to downtown. We loved going out and hiking and then coming back to the house to relax and sometimes cook at home. One of our favorite things was putting on the radio under the TV (we found the best station!) and playing poker that we brought. The fireplace was great and added lovely ambiance and warmth. The decor was perfect for a NH getaway and we appreciated the snacks and K-cups in the kitchen, which was very well stocked, and the emergency items and makeup mirrors in the bathrooms. Thank you for having us, we hope to return!
