Coming from Canada we were very disappointed in this resort. It would be good for young children but not for teenagers or adults.

Our cabin was unfortunately not clean. The floor needed to be mopped and we had dirt on our feets. The couch and other furniture had multiple stains. We were also not given crib sheets or extra trash bags.

Bien mais tarif élevé !

Cottage confortable On est en août donc du monde dans les activités ou à l'aquamundo mais ça va! Toutes les activités et les restaurants ont des tarifs assez élevés...pour des prestations "normales". Le séjour reste agréable malgré tout!

Familie resort med mange aktiviteter of flere restauranter. Rigtigt godt badeland, god mad på restauranter og virkligt smukt område. Dog var møblerne i boligen meget slidte, og ukomfortable, med flere mangler og sengene utroligt hårde. Badeland var inkluderet i prisen men øvrige aktiviteter var meget dyre. Det var svært at flere af personalet ikke ku engelsk særligt ved klatring da der er meget sikkerhed man skal forstå korrekt. Byerne omkring var ikke så spændende så der sku køres lidt langt for at komme til en hyggelig by.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, naturbelassener Center Parcs. Wege sind sehr weitläufig. Wir haben unser Auto benutzt, um zum Market Dome zu kommen. Auf dem dortigen Parkplatz war es z.T. sehr voll. Das Aqua Mundo haben wir gern genutzt und für gut befunden. Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten die VIP-Ausstattung. Würden wir immer wieder so buchen. Ein kleiner Elektrogrill wäre noch toll gewesen. Ist aber nicht vorhanden oder vielleicht auch nicht erlaubt aufgrund der Brandgefahr. Der Center Parc ist mittendrin im nirgendwo. Man muss etwas fahren, um weitere Unternehmungen zu machen.

Der Park ist leider absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Zwar wurden hier und da mal kleine Renovierungen vorgenommen aber alles in allem hat er die letzten 15 Jahre gelitten... Vor Allem die Ferienhäuser VIP erneuert sind in einem, fast desolaten Zustand. Gartenmöbel defekt und wild zusammengestellt, Furniere an Schränken und Regalen fehlen, Eisfach im Kühlschrank schließt nicht, die Couch im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen und daher absolut ungemütlich. Das Aquamundo wurde zwischenzeitlich renoviert - das merkt man sofort... Viele Rutschen und eine grandiose Wildwasserbahn... diese ist leider oft überfüllt. Viele Besucher nehmen Kleinstkinder mit Schwimmärmchen mit auf die Bahn und verlieren die kleinen unterwegs. Mit Kleinstkindern sollte man die Wildwasserbahn nicht nutzen. Wir mussten in 3 Tagen 5 Kinder "auffangen" und den besorgten Eltern übergeben...

Strutture in legno, immerse nella foresta, organizzazione capillare in modo che il cliente col suo badge al polso in forma di orologio verde e l'applicazione sul telefono può vedere le attività e prenotarle facilmente. Cottage forniti di tutto inclusa Jacuzzi e sauna. Molto caro, perché ogni attività è costosa. Il parco acquatico è invece incluso nella prenotazione e ci si passa tanto tempo perché ricco di divertimenti acquatici.

Der Park altert rapide und viele Sachen sind in keinem guten Zustand. Der Bustransfer ist ein Witz und als Fussgänger muss man auf den Parkstraßen laufen und sich ständig vor schlängelnden eCars in Acht nehmen.

Park an sich klasse, leider nimmt das CenterParc Konzept überall Zusatzeinahmen zu generieren langsam groteske Züge an.. Tischtennisplatte (ohne Schläger) 6 EUR/30 min, Getränke oberhalb Oktoberfest-Preisen, Preisgestaltung an den Kinderspielen bewusst so gestaltet, dass man 3 Satz rechnen muss um zu Wissen was ein Spiel kostet: 60 Credits kosten 28 EUR, ein Spiel kostet dann, 3,5 ; 5 oder 7 EUR, Golfkart 130 EUR/ Tag. Wäre einfach ehrlicher 200 EUR mehr zu nehmen und das peinliche Hand auf gehalte zu lassen. Wenn was nicht ging, war beim Personal immer wer anderes für die Hilfe/Support zuständig, egal ob Schnittwunde im Schwimmbad oder defekte Bowlingbahn. Aber Anlage und Umgebung entschädigen dafür.

Decu, avant plus d'avantage , vmc tres bruyante

Du 13 au 20 janvier , bruit interminable nuit et jour de la vmc..... plus d'eau chaude pour le bain 2 fois ... les techniciens sont venu rapidement.. plus de tv le dernier jour dans le salon ... juste dans la chambre le dernier jour ... location cottage premuim(pas confort) vaiselle sale , bain totalement inondée ..je pensais que ca venait des enfants...mais non Jen ai pris un aussi certainemant une fuite ... vaiselle sale, toilette sale , ca fait 3 fois que j'y vais , jamais autant decu... mieux vaut un confort pour le prix... chose positive la navette gratuite , par contre les bracelets pour les casiers ..moyen..heureusement que jen avais 2 dans la poche , partis fumer dehors un ne fonctionner pas ... decu de cette semaine alors que en confort jai l'impression que c'est mieux pour le prix ...et plus jamais en janvier .. il fait bien trop froid , pas dans le cottage. Apres chacun son opinion ...ensuite delivery bien trop cher pour livraison au cottage 2 pizzas+ 2 bouteille de rosé 78 euros .... un peu exagerer Je suis un peu decu cette année...premuim ou confort exactement pareil, de plus la vmc nous a boussiler toute nos vacances nuit et jour pendznt 6 jours sur 7 ...super Je ne sais pas si jy retournerais ... et l'hygiene est vraiment moyenne ... cest au ancien locatzore de faire la vaiselle ...ok mais vaudrais mieux que le personnel verifie ...car assiettes sales bols sales ..., et penser a prendre papier toilette, produit vaiselle , y'a rien..

Décevant et service catastrophique !

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très déçus. Nous avions une très belle image de Center Parcs et finalement, ce n'était pas du tout au niveau du prix payé. Points positifs: - La qualité de la lodge que nous avions réservé (Exclusive 2 personnes) - Tranquillité et calme. Le paysage est très beau et c'est très grand. - Beaucoup de structures de jeux pour les enfants - La ferme pédagogique pour les enfants Points négatifs : - Aucun restaurant n'était bon... Et ils sont tous très chers ! - Service à fuir !!! 45 min pour avoir une gaufre, aucune possibilité de réserver un restaurant pour nouvel an alors que lors de notre réservation, on nous a dit qu'aucune réservation n'était possible par téléphone... Nous attendons toujours que le manager nous appelle, il devait le faire le 31 pour trouver une solution de dernière minute... - 90% des activités sont payantes et hors de prix (p. ex. 36e pour 1h de bowling...) - Le petit Carrefour sur place est hors de prix également (22euros pour 4 buchettes de cheminée (oui oui rien n'est fourni dans la lodge) et ils n'avaient même plus de briquets à nous vendre!! - Les installations sont dans l'ensemble vieillissantes et très mal entretenues, voire sales pour certaines. - Le spa (payant en supplément, 29 euros pour 2h) n'est pas du tout calme, les gens parlent à voix haute et il est également vieillissant, peu propre et tisane même pas disponible =service décevant Nous étions venus nous détendre, nous sommes repartis très frustrés du séjour...
