「A nice guest house.」

「Beautiful, new and spotless room in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it!」

「Chapter House was perfect for what we wanted to do In Franschhoek. It was quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. Well located near the high street too so a very short walk in. Accessible to vineyards too!」

「Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Letitia welcomed us and the whole team are fantastic. Room was huge and air con great! Pool perfect to cool down and a short walk to the town. Breakfast is plentiful and so quiet and relaxing on the veranda. Look forward to returning. Love love loved it! 」

「Equipe fantástica, ótimo custo-benefício, próximo à estação do wine tram - 15 minutos andando.

「The property is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. Since our flight didn't depart until the evening, they kindly let us stay in the room longer. The breakfast was the best we experienced in SA. We also enjoyed walking around the property and meeting the horses. I highly recommend this place.」

「Such a great little gem! Sam and her whole team couldn’t have done any more to get my first visit to South Africa off to a great start. The communication before I arrived was superb as well. Such a pretty property and the breakfast options worked for a vegetarian. I highly recommend The Manor!」

「Ashbourne House was such a great find on Franschhoek, it was close to restaurants. Our room was very spacious and clean. Parking was just off the street but seemed secure. Breakfast was delicious with good choices from the menu. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the guest house, they had thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We loved the selection of snacks, cake etc that was available to help yourself in the dining area. So good when you came back after a...

「Lovely room, helpful team to make sure you were welcomed and looked after!」

「Beautiful property , the buildings and the gardens are lovely. Eating breakfast in the conservatory looking over the courtyard is lovely . The staff were all very friendly and professional . We would stay here again」

「Truly gracious experience. Amenities that typically cost extra were included, such as wine, sodas and snacks in the room. The host accommodated a late checkout on our departure day so we had a place to rest up before our flight. A truly first rate, first class experience. We look forward to returning」

「What an absolute treat! Loved every moment of our stay with a warm welcome and a chat every morning, a treat at bedtime and possibly the friendliest, most helpful staff. Pure South African magic!」
