Excellent hotel for money

This was my second time staying at MK. Using Kiosk to check in was still a problem. Key card did not work to enter the facility one time. Everything else was very good. Very good breakfast, spacious room, friendly staffs, proximity to S-Bahn and restaurants.

Had a family emergency and needed to go to Eschborn by myself. The economy single room fits my need. I was able to check in at the machine without any help. The room is clean. The vending machine is hard to use though. Took me a while to buy some snacks after the late check in. There is a police station across the street. 10 min walk to train station. Quite some restaurants within 15 min walk.

Check-in was only possible via a machine, as reception was closed. Unfortunately, the room card didn't work, so I had to call first. Then they activated the card for me again. The same thing happened the next morning when I wanted to go to my room after breakfast. I couldn't get in. That's very annoying. The breakfast, on the other hand, was better than expected. The surroundings can be described as desolate.

The kiosk check in process was very difficult. We had to basically register all over again. All the information we put in to make the reservation needed to be repeated. Luckily there was a person there who checked us in at the desk. She put in manner and it all popped up. She printed out receipt and done. Although they don't serve breakfast on weekends Expedia charged me anyway. So i have to wait for a refund.

Einziges Kriterium ist, daß nach 14 Uhr der Empfang nicht mehr besetzt ist und man an einem automatischen Schalter einchecken muß. Das war etwas umständlich, bis man die Daten vom Handy einegegeben hat. Eine Dame ohne Deutschkenntnis musste auch nach Hilfe fragen, um ins Hotel zu kommen.

In dem Homepage haben wir zwei Personen, ein Zimmer Einzelbett gewünscht und bei dem extra Wünsche mitgeteilt . Aber Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, im Hotel gibt keine Einzelbett. Das war ärgerlich. Ansonsten top konntest schon sauber weiterempfehlen zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist okay, die Umgebung eher trist. Checkin lief problemlos, nachts zeigte sich dann der Nachteil eines rezeptionsfreien Hotels. Irgendein weiblicher Gast meinte gegen Mitternacht laut singen zu müssen. Da kann das Hotel an sich nichts flür, nur nützt es nichts wenn niemand da ist um Idioten zu Maßregeln. Die Wände und Türen sind auch eher ein Sichtschutz, das liegt wiederum schon in der Verantwortung der Betreiber. Vermutlich muss man für den Preis gewisse Abstriche in Kauf nehrmen, was mich jedoch massiv stört ist dass für Frühstück/Parken kombiniert ein Aufpreis fällig war. Als ich gegen 22:30 ankam war kein vernünftiger Parkplatz mehr frei, ich hätte also in der Zufahrt parken müssen oder (wie ich es dann tat) an der Straße. War für mich in jeder Hinsicht eine Einmalige Erfahrung.

Hotel essenziale na confortevole e funzionale

Esperienza positiva: camera molto ampia e silenziosa, pulita, con mobilio nuovo e letto comodo. Anche il bagno molto grande e moderno. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità. Laborioso il check-in automatico ma è andato tutto bene. La zona non offre praticamente nulla, tranne un paio di ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Comunque mi sono trovata bene, la fermata della S-bahn è a 10 minuti a piedi, i treni sono frequenti e portano direttamente in centro e in fiera.

Alles soweit in Ordnung, Check-In war trotz früher Anreise möglich. Zimmer wunderbar groß, schönes Bad. Frühstücksbuffet klein, überschaubar, aber für den Preis in Ordnung.

Ich bin wie immer mit dem Hotel und dem Zimmer, die einfach sind aber ihren Zweck erfüllen und sauber sind, zufrieden. Das Personal war auch wieder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
