Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender, making meal preparation a breeze. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer will help keep clothes and towels clean and organized during your stay.

This vacation home is minutes from popular downtown Bethany Beach and boardwalk and other Delaware state park ocean beaches. A wealth of outdoor activities that are centered around the quiet inland bays, state parks and preserves are also nearby. Spend your days
beachcombing, hiking, birding, and kayaking. During your stay at this property, you can enjoy discounted kayak rentals at Bay Venture Outfitters (BVO) or if you bring your own kayak, paddleboard, or canoe you can use the launch at BVO. Both offers are subject to the weather, availability and normal seasonal business hours. BVO is located just 1 mile away on the Assawoman Canal which connects to the protected waters of Assawoman Bay Wildlife Area. Other nearby attractions include shopping, antiquing, dining, live theater, mini-golf, playgrounds and water parks ensuring there is something for everyone.

Parking notes: The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. No street parking is permitted.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
