The property features a harmonious blend of modern and wooden furniture furnishings that lend the interiors a warm and inviting character throughout.
On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room of 25 m2 serves as the heart of the home, complete with a flat screen cable TV, a hi-fi system, a wood-burning stove, and air conditioning. This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace and patio, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by a hand-basin and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped and leads into the living area, while a shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. The rooms on this level are connected by stairs through a mezzanine arrangement.
The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and features 2 additional bedrooms, both with characterful sloping ceilings. The first room, measuring 12 m2, is furnished with 1 double bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin, and opens onto the balcony.
