I'm not happy with the restaurant service. Too much delay from order to get the plate in the table and, also, the food was bad for the price that paid. Amazing pool and excelent custemer service.

Rafain está melhor graças à área de piscina, mas parou no tempo. Wi-fi de péssima qualidade, cartões de acesso que se desmagnetizam rapidamente, ambientes baixos e escuros… e há de se tomar cuidado com as abelhas ao redor da piscina.

Todo estaba súper bien!!! Excelente luego pero sería bueno llegar a la perfección en cuanto a los primeros auxilios y asistencia primaria. Deben de contar con medicamentos esenciales en casos como fiebre y dolor! También deben de contar con termómetro. Es importante destacar que cuando hace demasiado calor puede dar un golpe de calor que produce dolores de cuerpo y fiebre alta. Ustedes como hotel deben de brindar la primera asistencia al cliente que luego puede ir a un centro asistencial para diagnóstico y tratamiento! La asistencia primaria es esencial para evitar complicaciones graves que en el futuro pueda traerles graves problemas por carecer de ellas en un lugar donde transcurre mucha gente! Desde ya, muchas gracias de igual forma. (Mis comentarios son porque mi hija de 9 años estuvo con fiebre por un golpe de calor aparente y carecían de lo esencial en su botiquín [si es que lo tenían]).

A equipe é excelente, viajamos com nossas filhas de 7 anos, e elas amaram a piscina e os monitores. O Hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente, os funcionários todos muito educados e prontos para ajudar no que for necessário. Uma das minhas filhas deu uma topada com o dedão na área da piscina, e prontamente um garçom trouxe uma maletinha de primeiro socorros e fez um curativo nela com toda gentileza e carinho. (não me recordo o nome dele)
