I'm not happy with the restaurant service. Too much delay from order to get the plate in the table and, also, the food was bad for the price that paid. Amazing pool and excelent custemer service.

Problemas Sérios de Manutenção

A cama é de mola. A manopla do chuveiro estava estragada no quarto 420, assim como o ar condicionado estava completamente PRECARIO, fazendo muito barulho por estar com as aletas quebradas. Controle da tv estragado tb.

Melhor hotel de Foz do Iguaçu! Quartos confortáveis, super limpos, infraestrutura do hotel é maravilhosa com piscinas, área de lazer completa, academia etc. E com certeza tem o melhor café da manhã da região. O hotel é maior do que eu imaginava. O quarto é bem grande e acomodou confortavelmente 4 pessoas. O café da manhã foi ótimo, variado e com muitas opções. O atendimento doa funcionários foi sempre muito bom e cortez. Adoramos a estadia.

Bom, mas podem melhorar.

O Hotel nos surpreendeu em vários pontos. O estacionamento é bem amplo, porém sempre está cheio, sem vagas delimitadas. Não tem manobrista, facilita o acesso aos carros. Durante nossa estadia de 7 dias não houve nenhum problema, funciona muito bem. A estrutura de piscinas e atividades para crianças é muito boa, as piscinas são aquecidas, mas a central e infantil mais frias. O numero de salva vidas é insuficiente pela área, se ele está supervisionando uma piscina, a outra fica sem cobertura. Digo isso, pois mais de uma vez as crianças corriam em lugares perigosos, dentro do jardim central da piscina, a responsabilidade é dos pais cuidarem mas não acontecia isso, o salva vidas era o único que conseguia manter o controle. Durante o período que ficamos, houve recreação e teatro em volta da piscina todos os dias, isso ajudou muito para divertir as crianças. Fizemos uma troca de categoria de quarto, saindo de uma suíte simples para a maior com sala. Por ser uma suíte maior e mais cara, esperávamos mais além do espaço maior. Percebemos que um ar condicionado estava quebrado, pedimos para verificarem mas infelizmente não houve muito o que fazer no momento. A TV dos quartos são antigas e desproporcionais ao tamanho do quarto, poderiam ser maiores. No banheiro, a ducha era antiga e o box vazava água todos os dias durante o banho. As arrumadeiras são super carinhosas com as crianças e cuidaram muito bem da arrumação todos os dias. E o café da manhã tem muitas opções.

Bien con reparo....

La estadía buena porque había muchas actividades y piscinas, pero, algunos detalles, hongos en el techo del baño, una cama se cayó porque tenía una rueda que no correspondía. Hubo ruido en exceso con las actividades de los niños, quizás, debieran realizar esas acrividades en salones de eventos y no en la piscina a la hora de la cena.

O hotel está reformado. Área das piscinas reformulada, está muito bonita. A piscina infantil estava fria (junho). Uma piscina adulta estava climatizada e agradável. O quarto reformulado e confortável. O café da manhã atende as expectativas e o jantar estava muito bom. Destaque para a recreação. Tios e tias animados, responsáveis.
