Good location. Good room size and one of the staff on reception was particularly helpful given we only speak English. Cleanliness okay. Room walls quite thin as could hear the TV at night from neighbour. Overall fair value for price.

Café da manhã bom, funcionárias do café e da limpeza excelentes, educadas. Quarto ok, ducha bem boa. Hotel grande. Estacionamento cobrado porém não coberto e pouco seguro… rapazes da recepção regulares, não foram tão legais quanto o pessoal da limpeza e da comida não… partes péssimas: informou que tem sauna porém a sauna parece esquecida há tempos, está “quebrada”. E a acústica dos quartos é ridícula, a pior que já fui, é possível escutar tudo… mal dormimos umas noites pelo ronco terrível de um hóspede ao lado. Então assim, no geral experiência ruim. Qualidade sono afetada. Não vale o valor pra não dormir pelo ronco do quarto ao lado sabe?

Nossa estadia foi razoável. O hotel é bem antigo, roupas de cama bem usadas. Precisei trocar uma toalha colocada como nova e estava suja. Para utilizar pratos e talheres do hotel num jantar é cobrado uma taxa por empréstimo. O cafe da manha é bom. O unico ponto seria que durante os 5 diascque esrive hospedado foram exatamente os mesmos itens. Nao houve variacao. Pontos positivos: cordialidade sa equipe de atendimento, ser próximo ao aeroporto. ótimo

ótimo hotel, a localização para nós foi ótima também, estrutura boa, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. A área da piscina é ótima também. Somente a piscina coberta poderia ser aquecida para podermos ir em dias chuvosos ou frio.

Uma experiência bem abaixo da média

Escolhi o hotel por estar bem avaliado. Porém... Fui acomodada em um quarto para cadeirante, então não havia bom no banheiro. A porta do banheiro para o quarto era sanfonada, o que não dá uma privacidade adequada. No quarto havia chumaços de cabelo no chão (inicialmente achei que eram baratas). Quarto bastante úmido e escuro, voltado para uma área verde ao lado do hotel. À noite, quando fui fechar a cortina, me deparei com uma lagartixa dentro do quarto, na janela. A piscina de adultos tinha água turva e com bsatante sujeiras na superfície da água. Se você espera ser atendida no entorno da piscina para fazer pedidos, esqueça, terá de ir até o bar todas as vezes que quiser algo. À noite pedi uma lanche para entrega no quarto, veio bem embalado e a funcionária foi muito prestativa.

Viaje en pareja a Iguazú

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para hacer las excursiones, de ambos lados (brasilero y argentino). El personal fue muy agradable y nos ayudó mucho. Allí contratamos el transporte al lado argentino (Matheus), que fue muy bueno. El hotel también está muy bien si se viaja con niños.
