Very conveniently located hotel with great friendly and kind staff. Several varied dinning options around, covered parking on site and nice breakfast buffet. The building needs renovations, the rooms need seats since it’s very uncomfortable to watch TV or to stay in bed all the time.

Tour groups use this hotel, so try to avoid the rush hours. It's a basic hotel, but spacious and clean. Nothing special about the breakfast, but there are several choices. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Indoor parking is included.

Pleasant

Breakfast was disappointing with cheap products and processed items, but it was convenient. 24hr reception was good and the pool area was a nice option. The travel agent was useless, overpriced and inaccurate. Go to MMC Turismo Receptivo in town instead.

The room cleanliness was an issue, as well as the hygiene standards in the breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was very nice but spoke very little English. The tour operator desk was helpful but due to lack of proper communication, I was waiting for the transport for more than 1 hour.
