Not the best

Happy with our room however on the booking it said there were 3 pools which we were looking forward to. They did not look like the pictures and were very dirty so we couldn’t go in them. 2 of them were also closed. Work was also going and so there was a lot of noise. Good breakfast options!

Frustração!

Cama de casal com um colchão muito ruim, que era fundo no meio. Chuveiro péssimo onde a água ora estava muito quente, ora muito gelada, tivemos inclusive que mudar de quarto, devido esse inconveniente. Mudamos e não foi um dos melhores, pois o chuveiro também não funcionava adequadamente. A ventilação dos banheiros não era suficiente e depois de tentar tomar banho, ficava tudo molhado, as paredes e o chão. Café da manhã abaixo das expectativas.

Bom custo benefício!

Para a minha intenção de viagem a pousada atendeu perfeitamente, pois procurava apenas um local para dormir e tomar banho por duas diárias. As instalações são simples, mas atendem perfeitamente o que se espera de uma pousada, principalmente considerando o valor das diárias, que estava muito abaixo das demais opções. O café da manhã tem opções suficientes para uma boa refeição.

Es la segunda vez que visito la Pausada. Simplemente maravilloso ... Desde el personal de recepcion hasta limpieza camareros y demas huespedes . Me encanta el lugar hace que me enamore de Foz ...espero volver muy pronto!!!

Uma boa estadia, porém houveram alguns problemas

Devido ao feriado e o hotel estar superlotado, tivemos problemas com barulho, mas logo foi sanado ao reclamar, no entanto com o Wifi... Ficamos num quarto que o Wifi não abrangia e com isso sem o serviço... Ao reclamar fomos informados que o Wifi funciona nos locais em comum, acho que deveria ter uma ressalva já que não tem tal serviço no quarto.

Péssima estadia

Mesmo tendo feita reserva e pago com bastante antecedência fomos colocados em quartos bem distantes contrariando a solicitação na própria reserva. O quarto onde foram colocados meus filhos ficava encima de uma lavanderia de nome jeronima que atende toda a cidade de Foz do iguacu e funciona dentro da pousada e o Calor dentro do quarto era insuportável foi reclamado com o funcionário da recepção e o mesmo falou que o proprietário da pousada sabia do problema de aquecimento porem a pousada estava lotada e não podia fazer nada.

Pousada pode ser boa e ruim, depende do quarto.

Chegamos na sexta feira, nosso quarto era extremamente pequeno e havia um cheiro muito forte de cola/ plastico. Perguntamos se havia como trocar, pois estava sufocante, imediatamente nos colocaram no quarto ao lado, pois estava com o cheiro um pouco mais fraco. Com o passar do tempo, começamos a ter dor de cabeça, irritação nos olhos e garganta e vimos manhas amareladas e vermelha no lençol e chuveiro ruim. Fomos novamente pedir se havia outro quarto. A recepcionista muito atenciosa afirmou que não havia mais quartos. Entrei em desespero, porque não tinha como dormir ali. Começamos a ligar para outros hotéis e fomos pedir o cancelamento da estadia. Nisso a recepcionalista disse que tinham outra pousada ao lado que poderia oferecer um quarto. Fomos, passamos bem a noite. Quarto bastante antigo e com vazamento no vaso sanitário, mas sem cheiro forte. Sábado fomos pra um passeio e um funcionário da pousada ligou perguntando se poderia reservar um outro quarto, confirmei a troca. Quando chegamos, a noite, não tinha reserva em nosso nome em nenhum quarto e nossas malas estavam no depósito. fiquei muito nervosa, e a recepcionista nos levou para um quarto muito bom. Segundo ela, os hospedes desse quarto não haviam chegado ainda, então ela iria nos colocar nele.

Our hotel at Foz de Iguacu

The hotel is not very close to downtown Foz de Iguacu, which is ok, as we spent most of our time at the Iguassa Falls. The breakfast has a large variety of food. Some, but not all, of the stuff members at the front desk speak English. Overall, the staff are very helpful. On the other hand, the room is very small, and the A/C in our room was very loud. Also, the door of our room was very difficult to open with the key. Very often, we had to give multiple tries before the door would open. It was very frustrating.

Hotel em ótimo local, de fácil acesso a todas as atrações turísticas da cidade. A equipe do hotel sempre muito atenciosa, ótimo café da manhã. O estacionamento fica em frente ao hotel e é descoberto. Os quartos são limpos diariamente. Com certeza escolheria este hotel novamente.

Séjour rapide mais super. Superbe Pousada avec petit déjeuner très copieux qui vaut celui d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très accueillant et la plupart parlent français. On vient vous chercher à l'aéroport si vous en faites la demande. L'organisation de la visite des chutes se fait à l'hôtel et à la carte. Les chutes d'Iguacu sont magnifiques. C'est un spectacle extraordinaire, exceptionnel !

Staff muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar, excelente serviço de turismo dedicado do hotel. Boa localização próxima da av. das cataratas com fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos e transporte público. Hotel em bom estado, ótimas instalações e café da manhã bastante variado e gostoso.

Posada limpia y buena ubicacion .

Los servicios dejan mucho que desear, porque cuando me tenían que despertar para tomar un vuelo el conserje , se durmió y lo desperté yo. Cuando me tenían que buscar del aeropuerto nunca llegaron.

Hotel comodo y familiar

Viajamos junto con mi mujer y lo pasamos muy bien. Hotel acorde en relación costo beneficio. Lo recomiendo.

とても静かで、スタッフもとても親切で過ごしやすかったです。カタラタス通りに面していて、バス停も近いので、滝を見に行くにはもちろん移動にも便利でした。
