"Hotel is wonderful and historic. Easy to get to and smack in the middle of great eating spots. We were here at the end of season so things were a slower pace which was wonderful. Would love to come back during the summer."

"The place itself was very simple, but absolutely worth going to for the view, the chairs, the peace, and the friendly staff as well as the heaters and the blankets on the porch!! A gem!"

"We liked the location of the Tides, an easy walk to restaurants and other things in Seward. The check in was easy using a code provided by staff. The only significant problem was a strong odor in our room. The room appeared to be perfectly clean but the musty/maybe moldy odor was very bad. We tried airing it out, made coffee and popcorn in the hopes of hiding it, and purchased a deodorizing spray, but it persisted. We got used to it after a while in the room but if we left and our lungs got fresh air we came back to the strong smell."

"Our stay at this beautiful B&B in Seward, Alaska, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The room was so cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean. It truly felt like a special little home away from home. Our host was incredible! She was so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful, and she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Every morning, she prepared the most unbelievable breakfast for us, including fresh eggs and delicious coffee. She even had homemade bread available throughout the day, which was such a wonderful touch. One evening, she lit the fireplace for us so we could come downstairs and enjoy dinner by the fire. It was such a cozy and memorable experience, and it really made us feel like family rather than guests. And the view of the mountains breathtaking! Being able to look out the window and see them amazing. Steps from Resurrection Bay was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beauty of Seward. Walking distance from stop 11 from the free stutter. My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hospitality, the beautiful room, the delicious food, the thoughtful details, and the incredible views made this place so special. We would definitely, definitely come back anytime! This B&B will always have a special place in our memories from our Alaska adventure. ❤️🏔️✨"
Beachfront property located on Resurrection Bay!

"The house was in a great location with a beautiful view. We loved the upstairs deck area and the fire pit(s). We were visiting our daughter who was working at Miller's Landing, so we were so close to her. We also loved being close to the town of Seward but it felt very quiet and peaceful at the home. We cooked in one night and found the kitchen / grill very well appointed and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. We'd love to be able to come back in the future."
