Small tweaks would improve it : better in room kitchen, there was an unsafe tap; tidy up the grounds, we had a view of an abandoned motel; get a new sign up. And finally, consider opening up the on site restaurant. There is a fantastic view of Mount Cook from here, the motel should make more of it. I wouldn't recommend staying here in it's present state."
