"Room was not clean, found trash on the window sill, floor did not look like it had been swept, ice bucket did not have a plastic liner but had water in it like previous occupant had used it."

"This host is not familiar with the laws under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The house is nice, and clean, and the yard is indeed fenced. We had two service animals with us and two pets, but were told when we left that we were in violation of their two pet policy and we cancelled our second stay. The doors do not close, to any of the rooms. There are several cats next door that come into the yard frequently and use the sand in it as a litter box, and we were responsible for cleaning up after them as well as our dogs. Communication with the host was poor and unclear"
