「The Aida is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is close to the KC streetcar & the art museums. It is well maintained, the rooms are spacious & the staff is very helpful. Cookie treats & fruit are provided as well as Expresso coffee. Regular coffee would be a nice addition.」

「The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.」

「Can't wait to stay here again」

「The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. This process was relatively painless, and the rest of the stay was very positive. The hotel is in a good location and close to a lot of bars and restaurants, all walkable. I...

「Room did not have ice container or any cups. Breakfast was unsatisfactory. Only bagels and cereal. Juice dispenser had broken sign on it. Really shows what lack of effort looks like.」
