「Due to bad weather I selected this hotel as a medium price ranged option. From my perspective the room was not well cleaned and had a foul odor like old cigarette smoke or just an old smell. I stayed for about an hour and the smell was too much. In that hour I experienced a raucous environment and loud plumbing. I let management know about the smell, but the manager did not seem particulalry concerned. It was a disappointing experience. 」

「The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good with many options, however the "instant" coffee machine was terrible. Not even the bold coffee was good. The beds were hardly comfortable, rather like a thin pad on a box spring. The pillows were awful! Lumpy and flat. I have never slept so poorly in a hotel. Our son enjoyed the pool and making new friends there however. So overall it was not a terrible experience, I just would not stay again. 」

「Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections.」

「This hotel is extremely convenient for anyone that will be staying in Wellington, Co. It isn’t a “high class” place, but it has everything you need. Our stay was exactly what we needed.」

「The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended...

However, the king bed was much higher on the edges and forced you to move towards the middle of the bed which was sunken in. The coffee maker did not work well and when I made a cup of coffee it was full of grounds.
