"The staff is A+++++ The hotel is gorgeous. Clean. Comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. My daughter and I felt so comfortable from the warm welcome upon arrival at the valet to the warm send off when we left. The courtesy car is such a lovely bonus. Please tip those guys well. They are super friendly! Our dining experience in the bar lounge was lovely. Again A+ service. My only recommendation is to have the staff on the phone as exceptional as the staff on site. "

"Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. "Since I got such a good price for this place, my expectations were low. However, the room was clean, which is most important to me. There was no loud noise or shady characters lurking around (at least none that i saw). The only real compliment I had was that there were no chairs in the room, so i couldn't sit at the desk and do anything. "
