The Crescent Hotel is beautiful! The beds are super comfortable, as are the pillows. The entire staff was very friendly and above and beyond in their service. My group and I really enjoyed our stay.
Celebrating my wife’s and my anniversary……The Crescent Hotel was the perfect choice! Beautifully decorated…..great location to the museums , zoo and restaurants! This is a must stay for someone visiting Ft. Worth.
The service, cleanliness of the hotel, atmosphere and decor, all exceeded my expectations. The restaurant on site was incredible!!!!!!!! Presentations were beautiful!
Beautiful hotel and very comfortable bed and pillows. The gym is also super nice and the lounge area is very pretty!
There was construction going on outside property which made the traffic pretty bad and backed up.
The bathroom and shower were very nice, though the room itself was smaller than other fine hotels. The carpet was comfortable to walk on. The thermostat was wonky. The one sitting chair was stiff, and on the balcony there was only one chair. The internet connection was awful. My laptop couldn't stay connected beyond 5-10 minutes without having to reset. Also, there were fewer TV channels to access as compared to other hotels.
I needed a place to stay for my daughter’s cheerleading competition at the 2026 UIL Cheerleading Championship in Fort Worth (January 15–17) and wanted to be closer to the Fort Worth Convention Center. After reading outstanding reviews, I chose The Crescent Hotel in the Cultural District—and it exceeded every expectation.
The modern architecture, exquisite interior design, and impressive art collection featuring Pablo Picasso, alongside curated contemporary and Old West pieces, immediately drew me in. The rooms looked exactly like the photos—only better. They blend old-world Western charm with modern, five-star amenities, creating a multisensory experience that feels like an international getaway without needing a passport.
Designed as an oasis from the city’s fast pace, the hotel offers both luxury and comfort. Be sure to visit Emilia’s restaurant; it deserves a spot on your “must-do” list. We enjoyed a relaxing and delicious breakfast before heading home.
Special thanks to the exceptional team who made our stay memorable: the Valet Department (especially Captain Idris and Mr. Etienne), the Front Desk (Mr. Riley and Ms. Sarah), Room Service’s Ms. Isabella, and Ms. Jacqueline along with the entire Emilia’s staff.
I highly recommend The Crescent Hotel for your next visit to Fort Worth—you will not be disappointed!
The physical hotel is beautiful, rooms are great. and it’s in a great location. The service is far below bar and disorganized. Issue we had during our stay: (a) quite a long wait for check in while staff was just saying around, (b) heat not working in room, (c) breakfast never arrived and it was so late we had to cancel it, (d) front desk repeatedly not answering the phone, (e) smell of strong gas in lobby because they forgot to light a fireplace.
The location is perfect to shopping, dining and entertainment. Staff was friendly but not overly so.The decor of the hotel was amazing. Our room was spectacular and we were able to relax. I love the lights and ability to get to the bathroom without having to turn on all the lights.
