Six suites total—two for business, four for living—and you’ve got one of the upstairs four. Private, hushed, yours. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where Fort Worth’s best tables wait to pour you a drink.

The other three units? Up for grabs on Vrbo. Book ‘em with friends, colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. Six suites mean no chaos, just calm. Sure, a siren might hum through the Medical District now and then—proof you’re in the thick of it, without the noise of being lost in it.

Great property - nearly perfect

Stayed for 2 nights while moving my son into his college apartment. The location is great - convenient to just about everything in central Fort Worth. The place itself is super clean, well-appointed, and very spacious. Accessing the property was very easy - all digital - and the instructions were crystal clear. The property is almost perfect - a mattress upgrade would make it perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

First Vacation

This was our first vacation as a married couple (besides honeymoon) and it made a pretty good impression! Host was super quick to respond to any questions we had. AMAZING price for such a clean and cozy room. Loved the coffee maker and being able to wash my own clothes.I second the other reviews, it really is a central location, but it's also right on the borderline of the rougher side of downtown Fort Worth and the nice side. We were asked for money quite a few times by the homeless around Magnolia Avenue. I'm NOT saying this is a bad thing. They were respectful. Just giving our experience. It might be different depending on the time of the year. We visited in early May.I loved the coded gate and entrance door. They made us feel very safe and secluded. I've seen a few people say they struggled sleeping with how bright the room was, but we didn't really have trouble with this. The bed was the COMFIEST and the sheets were so soft! Contemplated asking what sheet they use, so I can buy some for home. Overall, we give this place 5 stars and would stay again if we wanted to visit Magnolia Avenue again. Literally a 5 minute walk to a delightful cafe, Paris Coffee Shop. Definitely go a bit further if able and stop by Melt ice cream shop. Creamiest ice cream!- Connor & Autumn

Loved this place

Stayed here while doing an event at Will Rogers center. Close to everything. Absolutely loved the place. Very clean. Had everything I needed. Secure which was wonderful since I was traveling alone. Best place I’ve stayed so far in this area and I’ve stayed in quite a few!

We had a great time

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, exactly as listed. The free parking is such a perk, and it was very quiet other than the occasional siren. We had no problem walking to both downtown and Magnolia Ave The only thing I think I would change is the shower head. The water pressure as is is not very strong, so I would have appreciated a shower head with changing settings. Not annoying enough to change the rating, perhaps just a suggestion The insurance policy was a tad frustrating during booking We would consider staying here again

The Best!!

This place is wonderful. Clean, bright and very well stocked with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. Cannot say enough about this place, perfect apartment for a couples. Short drive to downtown or to Dickies Arena. Easy walk to some good pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely would stay here again.
