「Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...

「The heater in the room didn't work so instead of bleeding the radiator and fixing it properly, they set up a portable heater. This hotel needs a lot of renovation and it appears it had needed it for a while.」

「The room was nice with a close location to the main town. Breakfast was just a cold buffet rather than a cooked meal」

「The room was spacious and clean. We did pay for a continental breakfast however the service was lacking as we had to wait a while to sit down as we couldn’t find any staff. Some of the food selections would run out but were not replenished.」

「A very nice stay The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and needed some attention Staff in restaurant were very helpful Would definitely stay again Used Gondola which was one of the highlights of our trip」

「Staff were great and very helpful. Great location for Glencoe and Ft William attractions. Would stay again.」

「Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Many unexpected things provided (razors, toothbrushes, shavers, cereal. Very clean. Close enough to walk to train station and bus station. Bright and cheery. Bathrooms are quite small, but there are two of them. All in all a good experience.」

「This place is not fancy but it is clean, comfortable, convenient, with plenty of amenities and great location. The real attraction of the place is the staff. Can’t say enough about them!」
