-There is absolutely no tolerance for tobacco, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the Air BNB condo unit. We will inform authorities, if needed. Alcohol is permitted responsibly.
-Parking spot accommodates 2 vehicles, one parked in back of the other. Trailers and campers cannot be supported.

Please note: it is illegal to disturb sand dunes and sea oats under federal and Florida law - punishable by fines and jail time.
Please do not climb on the dunes.
